He only eats McDonald’s Big Meals and takes one vitamin pill a day. Despite this, he has benefited from it, not suffered any loss.

According to the report of Daily Star, YouTuber Bean Dean has done an experiment with himself. Bean, a native of America, currently has his base in Seoul, the capital of South Korea. He has claimed that at present he is surviving only on McDonald’s special burger named Big Mac. The surprising thing is that he seems to be reducing his weight due to this. He took inspiration to do this from a man named Don Gorske, who spent 50 years of his life only on Big Mac burgers.

Ben claims that the burger contains a total of 590 calories, of which 46 grams are carbs and 25 grams are protein. Ben did not take any other solid food during this period. Used to take only one vitamin daily and 2 scoops with protein liquid. He didn’t even eat the fries. It may sound strange but Ben says that the burger was giving him both energy and nutrition because he also used to work out in between.
